Deas is an experienced specialist anaesthetist based in Ballarat. His public and private anaesthetic appointments encompass a wide range of surgery types, including neurosurgery, obstetrics and paediatric anaesthesia.

Deas is enthusiastic about teaching and is Ballarat’s Supervisor of Anaesthetic Training for the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, also being ANZCA’s deputy Education Officer in Victoria.
